Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, assist clients with online and in-person sales through the Square POS system, coordinate all shipping, packaging, and receiving of artwork to clients and institutions, be well-verse in Filemaker to maintain the organization and upkeep of artwork inventory/location/condition, assist with marketing and planning of special events in the gallery such as exhibition openings and artist talks, maintain the Ferrin Contemporary WordPress website, format artist biographies, statements, and CVs in Photoshop and InDesign, process and edit photos in Lightroom.

MASS MoCA, North Adams, MA, Visitor Services Associate (part-time)

Reported to the Visitor Services Manager and Box Office Manager, maintained Info Desk resources and staffing, sold museum admission to 160,000 yearly museum visitors, sold performing arts event tickets  in person, online, and over the phone, and tracked ticketing data using Tessitura & T-stats software.
